Note:

• - The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
• - The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, coffee break refreshments, lunches, the Banquet, and a copy of the Conference Abstract
• - For attendance: one-day registration (25 USD = 640.000 VND/day) is registered and paid at the conference.
• - The registration fees apply for a maximum of 10 pages only, additional pages shall be charged extra (15 USD=385.000 VND) per page up to a maximum of 15 pages only.
• - In case the author after the registration due to some reason wants to cancel the registration, In such cases, the conference will be able to refund only 50% of the fees only. The last date for the registration cancellation request submission is 5th October 2025. After the conference, no fees refund for any cases.
